Winter with Toddlers

I often find them in my makeup making eachother pretty. It's adorable and annoying.

I almost skipped May's 1st year of preschool, and I'm so glad I didn't. She loves being around other kids and learning new things. She learned the whole alphabet this year! And so did Philip because he thought it was the cool thing to do.

Christmas was at Grandma and Grandpa Maxfield's this year. Philip got a lot of Buzz toys.

We went on a few small adventures to the temple quarry hike in the snow, and to the tree of life down in Draper. Just trying to fill our time with family togetherness.

Amanda rented out a whole movie theater room so we could go watch Elf as an isolated family. COVID conditions have kept things weird.

We went to Murray Park a lot, and the words "Murray Park" are some of Philip first words.

May really wanted to build a snowman and so I braved the cold and we made this little creation. She then immediately demolished it and we had a great snowball fight. May is a good sport and doesn't mind a little snow in the face.

First ski adventure in the books. We didn't last long but the experience was positive.
